Aspire, LLC provides ABA, speech/language, and occupational therapies to the pediatric population. Clients range in age from 2-18, and the majority have a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. This position is an independent contractor with negotiable pay dependent upon experience.

Join master clinicians in a thriving, energetic pediatric practice specializing in Pediatric Feeding Disorders and autism in Charleston, SC! We are a positive team seeking focused, highly motivated, and cheerful SLPs for family-centric, kid-focused part- or full-time positions:
- Workplace environment: collaborative and mutually supportive, with robust administrative support, weekly staff meetings, cloud-based software, focus on critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and experience with a wide-ranging caseload.
- Clear focus on functional communication in meaningful, "real life" activities such as virtual trips to the grocery store or drug store, telephonic dialogues, and giving directions for snack preparation or doing the laundry.
- Caseload: complex, diverse, and intellectually challenging; in-clinic only, from infants to young adults with challenges ranging from ASD to CAS, SGD and non-SGD access, rare syndromes, and phonological disorders. We treat our patients in a hybrid model of telehealth and/or in-person as indicated by need.
- Critical thinking skills and a positive outlook are a must.
- Pediatric dysphagia experience: a definite plus. Candidates would have direct guidance from the executive director who is the Director-At-Large in Speech-Language Pathology for the International Association for Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing (IAPFS), and also accepted for board certification in dysphagia.
- We would consider a very strong CF with a "good fit" background.
- Spanish-speaking: also a plus.
